To design, build and further fine-tune and develop our weather-proof enclosures for routers and antennas.

Including, design and building of special masts, poles and towers, for installation of outdoor radio equipment.

Designs involving mounting of solar-panels on masts, strength/material calculations, wind-resistance, etc.
Focus should be made on low-cost material which is available in rural India, as well as low-tech manufecturing.

Hands-on proofed experience, and familiarity of the local industry is essential.

Our aim is to reduce the dependency upon foreign and Delhi-based companies, while improving the quality and 
suitability of the products to our environment and our unique methods of work.

Strong team worker, fluent English and Hindi (read and write), Tibetan language is advantage.
